Dale Kulsrud

Hi, I'm Dale Kulsrud. I started in carpentry in 1972 with a small builder that did the entire house from start to finish (very unusual nowadays when everything is subcontracted out and built almost assembly line). From there I did framing for houses, siding installation, and then interior trim carpentry, cabinet work, and even custom solar homes in the early 80's. I make all the blades for our custom moldings in our shop.

Darrell Kulsrud

Hi, I'm Dale's brother Darrell Kulsrud (our other brother Darrell doesn't do carpentry - just kidding). I started carpentry in 1977, first doing framing, then interior trim carpentry, then cabinetry, and of course we worked on the solar homes together. (Actually most of working career mirror each other, since we've been in business together since I started in 1977).

Two brothers working together

We've been a team so long, we work together like a finely oiled machine. Another interesting fact: Dale is right-handed and Darrell is left-handed, so we work mirror image to each, so we're each always working in the optimum position.

Two-person company

We're a small company (just the two of us...) Big companies might have an entire chain of people from planning to the actual delivery of the job, which at any one step could be miscommunicated or misunderstood. With us, you meet with one of us, we plan the work, do the work, deliver and install the work. No subcontracting.

Licensed and insured

We have a contractor's license with the state of Minnesota. We have liability insurance and workman's comp insurance. We got you covered. You can rest assured.

Our Location

Our shop is located in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities metro area, in Webster, just south of Elko New Market. We serve the entire Twin Cities area and surrounding suburbs.
